Saluté Dental accepts online payments via Credit Card, Debit Card or ACH.  

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS:  If a credit card is your preferred method of payment, a processing surcharge of 3% will automatically be applied to your payment. (see explanation below).  Alternatively, payments via debit card, cash, check or online ACH will remain unaffected.  Click HERE to pay by CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

ACH TRANSACTIONS:  You simply need to enter the routing and account number from a personal check.  When setting up your account your email must be used as the Username.  After setting up your account an email will be sent to you with a link to create your personal password.  Click HERE to pay by ACH.

 

WHY A SURCHARGE?

Thank you for being a part of the Saluté family!  We are truly humbled by the demand for our services and deeply value your continued trust.    

At Saluté Dental we reflect daily on how to improve our service, treatment and operations in order to exceed your expectations.  While we are committed to providing you unequaled care, service and attention at the lowest cost possible, Saluté is not immune to the current rising costs in raw materials, supplies and labor.      

Throughout this year we have absorbed cost increases in most all areas.  However, unlike other industries, dental and healthcare professions are unable to adjust pricing to offset todays inflation.  The dental and healthcare professions are limited by insurance company contracts and preset fee schedules.  To date, dental insurance companies have been reluctant to compensate dental practices for the significant increased costs in providing their subscribers dental care.  

In response, this past year and a half we have worked diligently to combat these trends with cost saving procurement and operational initiatives.  Despite these efforts, we are announcing that beginning January 1, 2022 we unfortunately must institute a credit card surcharge fee.  

If a credit card is your preferred method of payment, a processing surcharge of 3.4% will automatically be applied to your balance (a surcharge is not applied to debit cards).  Your payments via cash, check or online ACH will remain unaffected.  

As these worldly impacts evolve, Saluté will continue to evaluate and combat cost rising trends on your behalf.  This was a very difficult decision and one we did not take lightly.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
